| TRYING
TO STAND A recurrent theme in my work is the idea of our arms being the physical manifestation of our will and desires. Here a figure struggles to stand up, but his huge arms, rather than being a help, are actually an impediment. This is another assembled figure, the body being an HO scale railroad model, and the arms taken from a larger scale plastic kit of soldiers. |
