Home
by soren sea

Home,

I have not thee, but just this

promise to me,

That home is always

near me,

about me daily,

whispering in my ear,

of the green fields and

rivers full where as I child I played.

Home, I have not thee,

but just this promise to me.

That clouds will continue to

float, and sunsets set,

that rain will still fall in dry and

barren lands.

Home I have not thee

but just this promise to us,

that when to dust we return again..

Home we have thee then...
